When can we take our artwork at home?

Will you provide protective gear?
Yes. We provide coveralls, rain boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
What should we wear?
We recommend wearing older clothes you don’t mind getting a few paint splatters on.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 1 hour
What is the minimum age requirement?
- Ages 4 and up
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- The accompanying adult must pay the studio fee
Can we bring alcohol or beer?
Yes! We are a BYOB location.
Do you offer discounts?
How long do you hold artwork if it’s not picked up?
We hold artwork for 48 hours. After that, it may be displayed in our lobby, sold, or donated.
Do you sell food or drinks?
No, we don’t sell any food or drinks at the moment
Should we arrive early?
Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
What if we arrive late?
No worries — we’ll accommodate you at the next available slot.
Are there wait times?
During peak days and times (weekends and holidays), wait times may occur due to higher volume.
How many people can paint at the same time?
We can accommodate up to 40 painters at once.
Is assistance provided?
Yes. Our team is available to assist you at all times.
Do we need a reservation or can we walk in?
- Weekends: Walk-ins welcome
- Weekdays: Reservations required
Do I need to pay to make a reservation?
Yes. A $6 deposit per painter is required to book.
Do I need to pay for everyone in my group upfront?
No. You can pay the deposit only — the rest of your group can pay upon arrival.
Is a down payment required for group bookings?
Yes. Large group reservations require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Can you send an invoice so we can pay by check?
Yes. Please contact the location you plan to visit to request an invoice.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel or change your booking with no additional charge, but refunds are not offered.
Can I get a refund?

- Receive a credit for future use
Do you offer booking insurance?
Yes. With booking insurance, you may cancel for a refund or reschedule for a future date.
What rules must I follow while visiting Spin Art Nation?
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on
- Listen to your assistant at all times
- No weapons, outside alcohol, or pets
- Respect staff and guests — no rude or lewd behavior
- No smoking inside the facility
- No flashlights
Can I bring my phone and take photos or videos?
